Had beans on toast for the first time today. Very British. The only difference is British beans are different from American. It has tomato sauce instead. Went to the store and got them from the British/Irish section

Sometime after Thanksgiving last year, I made turkey casserole using leftover turkey, stuffing and gravy, and I added in peas and dried cranberries. I cooked it all in the microwave instead of the oven. And it was very yummy!

Throughout each year, I sometimes make oatmeal or farina. Farina is hot creamy wheat cereal, like cream of wheat.

I made these cupcakes for my mom's birthday which was yesterday, and they will be for Mother's Day tomorrow as well. Even though my mom's no longer here, I still keep her in my heart and thoughts, and I always would like her to know that my dad and I are still remembering her while she's in Heaven. They're chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting, and I used peanut m&m's to make a flower shape on each of them.

This is the dinner I made on the night of my mom's birthday. Beef empanadas and rice with beans, potatoes and olives - this was one of my mom's favorite meals.

So apparently your not supposed to make brownies by the box. Also it's important to add apple sauce
