The question was, "Which is your favorite gay ship?" Rob's answer: Then he tweeted this: I'm so happy that he's said this! I agree with him all the way! I love that Rob is a Joavin stan too!

I strongly believe it too, that Joavin is definitely ENDGAME! Indeed that Joaquin and Kevin clearly need each other; they both were able to be the best version of themselves when they were together. And, Joavin is better than Koose (or Mevin).

Riverdale S3 so far:
What kind of crazy prison got Archie into? Hiram Lodge is the most annoying character..go Veronica! Glad she see what kind of an ass he is. Jughead still my favourite character. Whats with the creepy game story? The "King" has to be a "real" person, right? Also "the Farm" is an very weird group. Alice and Bettys sister gotta get out of there. I like Cheryl as an Serpent. She fits into that. Also, go Falice!

This is from the flashback episode, "Chapter Thirty-Nine: The Midnight Club" (3x04), which will air next Wednesday (November 7th).
This isn't supposed to be Kevin and Josie in this scene. It's supposed to be Tom Keller (Kevin's dad) and Sierra McCoy (Josie's mom) when they were teenagers. Tom and Sierra are dating and will get married soon in present-day Riverdale, and they even were a thing back when they were in high school.

I'm excited for this episode!

That scene with Tom and Sierra as teenagers in Episode 3x04 isn't the first time that Casey has had a kissing scene with a female cast-mate. This one is from Sabrina Carpenter's "Why" music video, which was filmed sometime during spring or summer of 2017, and released in July of 2017. Also... Casey Cott and Madelaine Petsch revealed that Kevin and Cheryl had a make out scene in Season 2, but it got cut out. (I honestly would have loved to see this.) Casey may be best known for playing a gay character named Kevin Keller on Riverdale, but he doesn't only play gay roles, and he isn't gay in real life. And, to be honest, I'm totally fine with seeing him with a lady. In fact, while I'm a bisexual fan of his, I personally find it really interesting to see him also play straight roles. Just because an actor/actress famously plays a major character who is gay doesn't necessarily mean that he/she only plays gay roles or is gay in real life. Regardless of their real sexualities, actors and actresses can play characters of any sexuality.

This scene was sad and heartbreaking, but the kiss was beautiful. It's from "Chapter Twelve: Anatomy Of A Murder" (1x12). I really hope Joaquin escapes from prison soon. He deserves to reunite with Kevin as a reward after all that shit he's been put through. And, Kevin deserves to be happy with someone who isn't ashamed to be with him and is willing to give him lots of love. Joaquin was never ashamed of being with Kevin, and he gave Kevin so much love.

So many of us fans had so badly wanted Joaquin's return and were constantly begging Rob Raco and the writers for it. And that's why Joaquin has been brought back on the show. Joaquin is a fan favorite, and his comeback has been one of the highlights of the show. RAS, the creator of Riverdale, promoted Joaquin when Season 3 started. Rob Raco has been doing several interviews, and he even got his own chair on set. We Joaquin stans and Joavin shippers are really happy that Joaquin is back, and we have been rooting for Joavin. There have been obvious hints at the Joavin reunion, and even Rob Raco himself has apparently hinted at Joavin several times. Joaquin and Kevin clearly need each other. They both were able to be the best version of themselves when they were together. Joaquin had been put through so much darkness while living in the south side of Riverdale. Though, at some point he met Kevin, and like Rob Raco said - Kevin was his hopeful light that proved that love can exist in his darker world. Then, Joaquin was forced to leave town when things went to hell, although at heart he felt so bad about everything and he still wanted to be with Kevin. And now, while he's in juvie, he's the leader of the Serpents - he has to be tough and do all he can to survive. Joaquin isn't really a cold-blooded person, he was just born and raised on the wrong side of town. He has to be tough in order to survive his dangerous life, but he also has a softer side. He was genuinely such a loving and caring boyfriend to Kevin in Season 1. Rob Raco stated this about his character Joaquin when he was in Season 1, "For as dangerous as his life can be, I think he's a lot more sensitive than he seems. In my eyes, Kevin is his hopeful light that proves that love can exist in his darker world." Rob also has confirmed several times that Joaquin was in love with Kevin - FOR REAL! Kevin had spent the whole Season 2 being lonely and miserable, and risking his life cruising in the woods for hookups with random guys. He also webcammed with Chic who was a psychopath, an impostor, an online gigolo - as Kevin called him, and an adult webcamming with a minor. And, he even went completely out of character by joining the "Dark Circle" and going to the Southside to damage the Serpents' bikes - with Moose! Then, in Season 3... Kevin was convinced that he found a replacement for Joaquin - Moose. However, it turned out that Moose was too ashamed to be with Kevin and he was unwilling to give Kevin what he wants. So desperate for love and really wanting the relationship to go public, Kevin tried hard to push Moose out of the closet, but Moose just brushed Kevin off and acted as if he didn't even know Kevin. If Moose doesn't want to come out, that's totally fine and it's up to him, and he shouldn't be pressured. But he shouldn't date the most outed gay teen. Joaquin was never ashamed of being with Kevin, and Kevin was always happy when he was with Joaquin. These two were so happy, sweet, loving, caring, affectionate, romantic and sexual with each other. Kevin could introduce Joaquin as his boyfriend to his friends, and Joaquin talked about Kevin all the time with his Southside friends. They kissed wherever everyone could see them, and they danced together at homecoming. Rob Raco is greatly fond of his character Joaquin as well, and he's a huge Joavin shipper too. He even said that he's happy to be back on Riverdale. So, it doesn't make sense to bring Joaquin back and then just kill him off or something. And, we all know that Joaquin and Kevin are endgame!
