I've been craving for pizza, subs, fast food, and ethnic foods (Asian, Mexican, Italian, etc). For now, we can only get those from the supermarket and cook them at home (but of course we wouldn't cook the cold cut subs). I can also make milkshakes, smoothies, and slushies. (I can use Kool-Aid mix to make slushies.) Buenos dias, Rikki! Mmmmm... Ñam Ñam Ñam (It really is screwed up wanting something and not being able to get it, fortunately we have many products in the supermarket within our reach, to try to elaborate those foods that we like so much, although perhaps it is not the same, right? Guille and I, we have been wishing for a delicious burger from the Burguer King for 15 days, but ... it is impossible, everything is closed, that is why I try to make them at home, and I swear, they are super good, I put of all, tomato, onion, pickle, lettuce, cheese, fried egg, bacon, mahonesa and of course the succulent hamburger ... jijiji... then along with the bread it hardly gives me my mouth to take a bite, but ... how delicious it is!!! ... Mmmmm ... Ñam Ñam Ñam)

If everything that is happening is really horrible, in Spain at the moment they are 57,700 infected and there 4,370 dead, I prefer not to think about it because I feel even more nervous ... I hope we get a vaccine soon. I know that´s very difficult, sweetie ... some that it makes me feel much calmer, tt´s I know that my home is currently free of the virus, and every time I have to go shopping, I put on sterilized gloves, mask, and try to keep the established distance of 1.5 meters at all times. It is also important that people be aware that they should go to buy in solitary ... when I get home, I leave the footwear that I have used at the entrance, because the health authorities say that on the sole it can also the virus is impregnated, that is why the cleaning staff of the City Councils continuously irrigate the streets with water and bleach to disinfect the sidewalks. I think as you, now more than ever it is important to connect, and lets us see, that we are fine, so that others are calm, and share everything that the health authorities of their country have said that it is good to do for prevent this virus.. As I said little time ago, everything what we can know about this fucking virus is good. if we know a little how to be out of danger .During my work's leadership meeting this morning, my boss mentioned an app or program that is out right now which connects you with people from across the globe to talk on the phone with. They match you up based on language preferences. It is so people locked down at home can talk to someone so they are so lonely. You can call someone in another country and find out what life for them is like 5,000 - 10,000 miles away, night or day. I was thinking about the how we pretty much are doing that here at Sprousefreaks. With this website we never have to worry of getting super lonely because there's no one to communicate with. During times like there it is especially valuable. I am doing the same sanitation practices. Today I actually had to go to the hospital where a COVID-19 case was located a week ago. They were assessing people before they even enter the hospital. They took my temperature and asked me a bunch of question about cold/flu symptoms and recent traveling. I wore a face mask the entire time I was there. I washed my hands over and over while I was navigating through the hospital. When we finally made it back home after my doctor appointment, I took all my clothes I was wearing off and showered. I am glad that my mom stayed in the car while I was seeing the doctor. I told my mom if she got sick with COVID-19 from taking me to the hospital and something happened to her, I would never be able to forgive myself. No matter how much time passed, I would bury myself in guilt until the end of time and drink myself to death. NOT GOOD. --- So I was able to convince my mother to just wait in the car for 35 - 45 minutes. In Spain it seems you guys are taking more precaution/prevention then we are here in the US. I can totally imagine the floor being a haven for COVID-19. I need to remember that and be more aware of it during the day. More people should be educated about this! So if someone does have the COVID-19 in Spain, what do they do? Are they quarantined somewhere away from the public? I think here in the US they are telling some to just go home and not leave to go anywhere. I would worry about infecting everyone in my house, though - not only that, but infecting the people you most love!! Your boss's initiative is great, we have also set up a volunteer service here, in which, if someone from the older people in your building is alone, and can't go shopping, they can call one of their young neighbors and ask them to carry out some of the errands that they cannot carry out, luckily, in my building they are all fine at the moment, but ... if they need it, they just have to call us. First of all, I want to say I hope everything went well in your hospital checkup, sweetie . As for all the protocol that you have carried out to remove all your clothes to wash and shower next, it is what should be done , every time that these days someone steps on a hospital, regardless of the circumstance that is why You had to go, it doesn't have to be because of COVID-19. I know how you feel, but ... I assure you that I know perfectly well that if someone around me gets sick, it won't be because I haven't taken the necessary precautions ... in fact, I'm very obsessed with hand hygiene these days (even more than necessary, I will not deny it)...And I know that you are the same, I know you, and I know that you will take all measures within your reach for that nothing happen, do not worry everything will be fine, amor Regarding your question "So if someone does have the COVID-19 in Spain, what do they do?" I will answer you: - If you are sick, even if you have a fever but ... you can breathe well, they tell you not to expose anyone, and you should stay isolated in your house, passing the quarantine, which is a minimum of 14 days, although they are now beginning to appreciate that once someone is recovered they can continue to infect for 9 more days, which is why they are beginning to extend the quarantine to 1 month. Time in which, if you have a room with a bathroom, that should be the isolation room, since the patient cannot enter or leave, only one person can enter his room once a day to change the sheets and all clothes that the patient has used, subsequently washing all those clothes in the washing machine at a temperature of not less than 60º, because they say that it is the only way to kill microorganisms, and to be able to put the clothes of the rest of the family unit to wash without fear to the contagion ... and the bathroom used by the patient must be disinfected every day with bleach. And for food disposable plates and cutlery should be used, because everything later must go to the garbage. The problem arises as it would be my case, I only have a bathroom at home, so every time the patient leaves his room to go to the bathroom, you must clean it thoroughly with bleach, so that the other members of the family unit do not get sick. And finally, the person in charge of entering the room must enter with a mask, sterile gloves and the clothes must subsequently go to the washing machine at the same temperature as the patient's (60º).
- And in the event that the patient has difficulty breathing, they should always go to the nearest health center or hospital, they will assess their situation and tell you how to treat it ... Usually they will be isolated and admitted to the hospital.

Although you think it is a remote possibility, I think it could happen, who says that he does not check the page from time to time? ... But, the theory of the call is ... Uffffffff ... explosive no, the next ...
Can you imagine take the phone, and hear his soft and deep voice in the background, saying "Hey, I'm Cole Sprouse??" ... and you: "Cole, Cole, Coleeee??? ... NO, NO, NOOOOO .." and suddenly hear his wonderful laugh saying: "YES, YES, YESSSSSSSS ..."

THINKING OF THE DAY:You know that moment when your computer is slower than a turtle , you know that something is happening to it, and you cannot do anything because God even knows when an open computer repair shop doesn't open because everything is closed? .
Now is the time when I remember that my mother wanted to enroll me in her day to study Informatics, because according to her it was the future ... Actually, she was right, but ... I hated COBOL, PASCAL and FORTRAN ... lol ... Anyway, today they would have been great to perhaps understand what happens to the damn ... but, a secret (Shssssssss... do not tell anyone ) ... I am of numbers and logic ... jijiji .

Mostly we have been continuing to provide shelter and housing for probably around 200 - 300 people. Could you imagine a shelter for homeless youth having to shut down? Where will these young people go? Another non-profit in our county was going to close their shelter to children and youth. My boss said he would bring a journalist from the local newspaper there just as soon as they are kicking the kids out, so everyone in the county will know what their organization did. With that, I guess they have decided to continue sheltering their young participants. I heard about changing your clothes prevention effort from someone I work with and thought it makes a lot of sense. If the virus can survives for hours on your body and clothes, it is a good idea to change and shower as soon as you get back home. Thanks so much for the information. There were some procedures in there I did not know. Like using disposable items to prevent spreading. Could you imagine been legitimately quarantined? Only seeing your room and a restroom each day for 20 – 30 days! 1 bathroom? Yea, that would be pretty challenging. Let us hope that we do not ever have COVID-19. From what my brother says, that if one person in the house gets COVID-19 then everyone else in the house is also very likely to get COVID-19. “And in the event that the patient has difficulty breathing” - This may be one of the biggest indicators for COVID-19. That, combined with a high fever. I’ve heard something about how the virus doesn’t survive that well or spread as fast in hotter temperatures. Some people think that summer and warmer temperatures may slow down the number of COVID-19 cases - Do you think this information is true?
Thank you again for the detailed information and descriptions.

Thank you again for the detailed information and descriptions. Your boss seems to be an incredible person and it is seen that he is really involved with the most vulnerable population ... I am glad that you work with someone like he, because he is very similar to you, you too were born to make others feel better in any circumstance ... Not just in good times ... That's what makes you truly special and different ... Never change, sweetie . I have always said that all the information we can share about this virus is good, because although it may seem insignificant to us, everything can help us to know a little more about fighting it and try not infected us. As for what you say to stay isolated in a room without going out for + - 30 days, I hope I don't have to suffer it, because it has to be really horrible, although everything in order to combat it ... You know, your brother is right, In my situation, I am sure that Guille and I would both get it by having only one bathroom for both of us at home, however in a house where the patient can be in his own room with a bathroom, I think it is more difficult to infect the rest. I have also heard the same thing, that perhaps the virus does not survive so well at high temperatures, however, it is something that they have not yet been able to verify ... I wish it were like that, it would be great. Thanks to you too by all information.

THINKING OF THE DAY: Do you know??? ... maybe not everyone knows it, but ... I am a person who be eats the head a lot when I have a problem, I always try to see the positive in every situation, because every problem has its pros and its cons ... the cons, my problem is that today, 15 days ago that I can only go out every two days 1/2 hour to buy, I have not seen my mom for a week, she lives with my brother, I can not going see her, ( I just talk to her through a video call every day), because she is among the groups at risk of this disease, I can't approach anyone on the street, not even a family member or friend to hug it, I do not have a garden, nor a balcony where I can sit and sunbathe .... Ufffffff .... I get depressed!! (these are some the bad things).
Now what we can positive get out of this situation, the first and most important thing (I´M FINE at the moment), when this confinement is over, I will be able to hug my mom and my brother like we have never embraced before, because surely I will get excited (Yes I am like this, I get thrilled easily, that is my weak point, my sensitivity), I will be able go out to sunbathe, I will be able go for a walk on the beach, I will be able get close to my friends, hug them and laugh as always when we see each other, and the most important and most beautiful thing is that we will all learn to enjoy of ourselves and all our loved ones more ... We must learn and we will learn to say more I LOVE YOU!

THINKING OF THE DAY:
I do not know if they know it, but Spain is the country of the sayings and the phrases made "There is no evil that for good does not come", "It never rains to everyone's taste", "Who waits, despairs", "Do not leave for tomorrow what that you can do today ", they all come like ring to the finger, in these days of confinement, you have time to WAIT and DESPERATE, to THINK, to DO ALL THINGS THAT FOR LACK OF TIME YOU CAN NEVER DO, but ... you know, what??? ... that you are so idle, that you don't feel like it, and you start to say ... "TOMORROW I DO IT", and tomorrow you will say "DAY AFTER TOMORROW" ... And in the end, this becomes another saying " This is the whiting that bites its tail "... lol

I love reading your "Thought Of The Day" posts!!!!! They're so cool and very appropriate for current circumstances. Love all the little phrases and sayings all our cultures have. "Who waits, despairs" is excellent and so fucking true... But it is pretty much all we can do right now. I turn to food for comfort, as well. haha I turn to this website a little for comfort, as well. I hope that you are still doing things to make your self happy (self-care). In fact at my work we are being asked to share what things we are doing to make us healthy or fulfilled. I shared that listening to music and writing music helps a lot!
